This was an extremely convenient place to stay. The room was well-appointed and tastefully decorated, with lovely bed and a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet in the bathroom. I interacted with the fairly friendly and affable staff.

I had a wonderful time here and would stay here again. I stayed in the room that was kept clean daily and available with queen beds and the kitchen plus first piano. Had great and incredible location close to the vaporetto station San Zaccaria, steps away from an enclosed bridge.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

Plus, the location is marvellous, minutes from Doge's Palace. The hotel is in nice enough area, adjacent to waterbus stop, an alley where workers from surrounding shops and restaurants would stand outside to talk and smoke and st Marks square and all the main sights. It features modest and big rooms with the shower, functional heating, for example.
